Very bad taste and cheap quality on every detail. Too dark. It is not a 5 stars hotel, as they claim. It is an expensive 3 stars hotel. I intended to stay two nights, and decided to leave one day earlyer.

The king room was functional, included a hairdryer and bath sheets. Location: the hotel was really close to the city center and Schwarzenberg castle and the city centre. A few times I ate at Laibon, located at walking distance from the venue...

Had an amazing time at this hotel where the beautiful decor really made us feel like royalty! We enjoyed the relaxing sauna and had a nice evening dip in the small pool. The only downside was that our room felt a tad smaller than expected, but it didn't ruin our stay at all! 🌟

Its historical building is great. But the clothes the staffs wearing looked cheesy, if they wanna do something traditional, better to wear better quality one since it is 5 star hotel, I think.
We reserved 2 twin rooms and 1 single.Single room was great, big for one, can be for couple, nice bed, but regarding 2 twins, one was the corner room, so big and comfy, plus nice view from the window, but the other was smaller and those 4 was a group so smaller room ppl felt bit unfair...I can understand it is difficult for a hotel, could be happened to everybody, just unfortunate.(not complaints) Also I know most Czech traditional hotel have this, but each bed for twin room is small for normal western sized people, I think.

fantastic access to charming sites and beautiful parks
I loved my experience at this fine former monastery, which was like a castle due to its preserved historic charm, and being just a few steps away from the captivating Historic Center of Cesky Krumlov made exploring the area a total delight.

I loved the location of Hotel Ruze. It's right by the access bridge to the old town. This made exploring the city super easy. The hotel itself has a charming vibe, blending historical architecture with modern comforts. My room had unique decor and a nice view. Breakfast impressed me with its variety and quality. Staff were friendly and helpful. I faced some issues. The air conditioning in my original room didn't work, frustrating. Even after notifying reception, it took quite a while to get transferred to a new room. I expected better handling of maintenance issues. While the restaurant served delicious meals, the limited menu options throughout my entire stay was disappointing. I hoped for more variety.

The location is amazing, and the staff are wonderful
It was a bit confusing, when I first got there - I didn't know where to park and the wasn't a valet to help with luggage

Wonderful location; nice breakfast, bar and helpful staff.
The rooms are a little strange. Internet access is available (free of charge) but located (in both of the rooms we looked at) far away from any place to sit with a computer. The television is nicely hidden from view in a medieval style cabinet but so far from the bed that it could not be viewed. There was no drawer space for clothing storage or luggage racks. The bathroom was very nice.

An excellent location to explore this medieval town. Wait staff for drinks on the terrace and breakfast excellent. Excellent for groups to enjoy the atmosphere of the town. Room rate was expensive however the. Best in the town and our room was upgraded. Thank you
No concierge. And hotel set up for groups and not for Couples travelling independently. Parking a good walk away from hotel and advisable to get good directions to hotel as it's not easy to find

A fantastic hotel in the centre of the town. The decor throughout the hotel and in our room was excellent and reminiscent of a restored monastery. The location was ideal for sightseeing and all the staff were very friendly and helpful.
The parking is not on site as stated in hotel's details on the website. It is in a secure site not far away but necessitates a complicated drive through the town's streets. A bit of a surprise.
